People

Michael McCrary

Michael McCrary

Michael McCrary - Interactive Director

Michael is a true craftsman, on and off the computer. Over the years, he’s been a gardener, landscape designer, glazier, and even a restoration carpenter. Always a handy guy, Michael got into technology by building his first computer from spare parts, and never looked back. For ten years, Michael’s been using his trade skills to build websites, develop software, architect information, and construct online media for nationally broadcast television programs, formal education products, and museum and outreach projects.

Oddity: He’s completely normal.
Favorite Expression: “Boosh!”
Most Bizarre Job: Glazier.
Karaoke Song: “Hangin’ Round” by Lou Reed

Susan Schneider

Susan Schneider

Susan Schneider - Junior Art Director

With a Major in Advertising Design and Minor in Spanish, Susan has kinda got the whole “communication” thing down pat. Not only can she answer “Donde esta la biblioteca?” but she can really make the phrase “a picture is worth a thousand words” mean something. Being able to speak through designs and graphics is a talent, and lucky for CTP, it’s one of Susan’s many.

Oddity: Hates things with wings.
Favorite Expression: “If we weren’t all crazy we would go insane.”
Most Bizarre Job: Canoeing Instructor
Karaoke Song: “Stay” by Lise Loeb

Scott Williams

Scott Williams

Scott Williams - Senior Designer

Some might say that Scott’s years as a bicycle messenger did nothing to prepare him for a career as a designer, but anyone who’s ever driven in Boston knows the creativity required to get through traffic. When it comes to his work, Scott never puts on the brakes. He’s handled the messages of big clients such as Gillette, Duracell, Wal-Mart, The Breeders’ Cup, and Eastern Bank and every time, he’s shown that he truly knows how to deliver. No matter what kind of work you try to hit Scott with, you’ll be surprised at his ability to ride it to the finish. He’ll be sure to bring you what you need.

Oddity: Profoundly terrified of bees.
Favorite Expression: “I don’t know if you know this, but, I’m kind of a big deal.”
Most Bizarre Job: Delivering human eyeballs on bicycle.
Karaoke Song: “Accident Prone” by Jawbreaker

Jason Howarth

Jason Howarth

Jason Howarth - VP Consumer & Sports Marketing

To say Jason is a public relations and marketing expert is to suggest the New England Patriots are not a modern day sports dynasty. It just doesn’t capture the essence of his dedication. After all, Jason has tackled such high profile events as golf’s US Open, the Winter Olympics, the Super Bowl, the Men’s and Women’s World Cup, and The Boston Marathon to name a few. Not to mention the incredible experience he’s logged working with a roster of heavy hitters such as AT&T Wireless, Swatch, adidas, Gillette, MasterCard, DC Shoes, Pop Warner, WWE, and others.

Oddity: Typical playlist: RUN-DMC, Guns N’ Roses, Bob Seger, Tracy Chapman and 50 Cent.
Favorite Expression: “You gotta play hurt.”
Most Bizarre Job: Stuffed animal organizer at the Disney Store.
Karaoke Song: “Runaway” by Bon Jovi
