Interactive

Michael McCrary

Michael McCrary

Michael McCrary - Interactive Director

Michael is a true craftsman, on and off the computer. Over the years, he’s been a gardener, landscape designer, glazier, and even a restoration carpenter. Always a handy guy, Michael got into technology by building his first computer from spare parts, and never looked back. For ten years, Michael’s been using his trade skills to build websites, develop software, architect information, and construct online media for nationally broadcast television programs, formal education products, and museum and outreach projects.

Oddity: He’s completely normal.
Favorite Expression: “Boosh!”
Most Bizarre Job: Glazier.
Karaoke Song: “Hangin’ Round” by Lou Reed

Laura Gaunt

Laura Gaunt

Laura Gaunt - Interactive Account Supervisor

There are a lot of things that restaurants and ad agencies have in common. The fast-paced environment. The long hours. The propensity for heartburn. Which is probably why, after growing up working in her family’s restaurant, Laura was so drawn to the ad biz. After an MBA from Babson and a few years in the industry under her belt, now she’s making sure our clients and their customers get exactly what they order. And that everything runs smoothly on our side of the kitchen.

Oddity: Shares a nickname with one of the Teletubbies.
Most Bizarre Job: French braider
Karaoke Song: “Please Project” by The Cure

Scott Williams

Scott Williams

Scott Williams - Interactive Design Director

Some might say that Scott’s years as a bicycle messenger did nothing to prepare him for a career as a designer, but anyone who’s ever driven in Boston knows the creativity required to get through traffic. When it comes to his work, Scott never puts on the brakes. He’s handled the messages of big clients such as Gillette, Duracell, Wal-Mart, The Breeders’ Cup, and Eastern Bank and every time, he’s shown that he truly knows how to deliver. No matter what kind of work you try to hit Scott with, you’ll be surprised at his ability to ride it to the finish. He’ll be sure to bring you what you need.

Oddity: Profoundly terrified of bees.
Favorite Expression: “I don’t know if you know this, but, I’m kind of a big deal.”
Most Bizarre Job: Delivering human eyeballs on bicycle.
Karaoke Song: “Accident Prone” by Jawbreaker

John Ediger

John Ediger

John Ediger - Web Developer

John has always been hardwired to work with computers. With basic computing embedded in him early on in college, John launched into the world of web design and obtained a degree in CS: Multimedia. After logging in hours at several jobs, John finally upgraded to an internship at Pentad Systems where he worked over a year. Eventually, John decided to take a byte out of the Ad Industry, and CTP was glad to attach him to the company. His amiable personality is a real refresher around the office, and his vast knowledge of computers and design together make his work a real plus plus!

Oddity: Is from the West Coast.
Favorite Expression: “All things being equal, the simplest solution is the best.”
Most Bizarre Job: Shoe Salesman à la Al Bundy.
Karaoke Song: “Lost in the Supermarket” by The Clash

Julie McCullagh

Julie McCullagh

Julie McCullagh - Associate Web Designer

Things most people have done by the time they’re 10: mastered shoe tying, eaten a twinkie, hopefully been potty trained. What Julie did by 10: built her first website. Pretty crazy. Unless you talked to one of our clients. They would believe it in a second. That’s because her web and graphic design repertoire have been blowing them away since she started here as an intern many moons ago. A vital member of the interactive team, Julie continues to work magic with the computer and go above and beyond for our clients.

Oddity: Has studied Spanish, Russian, German, and Japanese
Favorite Expression: “I’m smelling what you’re stepping in.”
Most Bizarre Job: Hallway muralist for pre-schoolers
Karaoke Song: “Space Oddity” by David Bowie
