Fred Conover - President

If you’re looking for a fine example of integration, look no further than Fred. After all, he’s the guy who somehow had the vision to bring this ragtag group of talented miscreants together. His management skills come honestly. He worked his way up the ranks of the Boston ad community as an account executive, and he discovered early on an affinity for knowing the difference between what his clients were asking for and what they really needed. Fred never shied away from suggesting it either, even when it wasn’t in his best interest or even his agency’s.

Chip Tuttle - Partner

Chip’s got a rare gift for making you feel good about yourself, your business, even your new haircut. And more importantly, making others feel good about your brand. That attitude is felt in everything Chip does, which at CTP, is a little bit of everything. He’s a brand strategist and public relations guru for some of our top accounts, and our own personal Tony Robbins, sans the huge teeth. Chip started his career as a newspaper reporter and bartender, and to this day he still knows when to listen, when to offer some sage advice, and how to find just the right mix.

Oddity: Will spontaneously belt out any tune, at any time.
Favorite Expression: “Onward.”
Most Bizarre Job: Roadkill cleanup crew.
Karaoke Song: “Can’t Hardly Wait” by The Replacements

Grant Pace

Grant Pace

Grant Pace - Executive Creative Director

Grant’s big break in advertising came in a very big way. The Super Bowl, where a series of his spots for Anheuser Busch ran in a promotion called the Bud Bowl. It’s one of the most successful promotions in the history of advertising, so you may have heard of it. Since then, Grant’s creative reputation and ideas have only gotten bigger. His refreshing work for Miller Genuine Draft helped make that Cold-Filtered brew even cooler. He single-handedly put Audi back on the road in the US. He and Michael Jordan put plenty of Hanes underwear on all of our behinds.

Oddity: My middle name is misspelled.
Favorite Expression: “Om mane padme om.”
Most Bizarre Job: Shucking oysters.
Karaoke Song: “Rocky Mountian High” by John Denver
