Intracoastal Realty

Founded in 1976, Intracoastal Realty is the market leader along the southern coast of North Carolina. We were asked to help build brand awareness and position them as the Realtor to call when you wanted to buy or sell a home in the area. Eschewing the traditional, statistics-based story so often used by Realtors, we choose a more emotional, lighthearted approach that made folks smile when they thought about Intracoastal. The spot was very successful at positioning IR as the market leader, and was often cited by their agents as a reason why prospective sellers and buyers contacted them.
