Moves position the Boston agency for its next creative chapter, combining long-time leadership with returning talent
BOSTON (March 11, 2026) — CTP, a leading creative marketing agency, today announced two creative leadership updates that reinforce the agency’s commitment to creative excellence and future growth. Longtime creative leader Grant Pace has been named Chief Creative Officer, while Jen Visconti has returned to the agency as Creative Director, bringing fresh energy and perspective to CTP’s creative team.
Pace, who has helped shape the agency’s creative identity for more than two decades, will take on a broader, more growth-oriented role. As Chief Creative Officer, he will focus on guiding the agency’s creative vision, strengthening the quality and consistency of its work, and contributing to agency marketing and new business efforts. He will continue to play an important role in how CTP expresses its “Differences, made” positioning, the agency’s belief that powerful storytelling comes from authentic human insight and perspective.
“There’s a heartbeat in the storytelling here that makes it unmistakably CTP,” said Pace. “I feel energized and excited to imagine a world where I have the time and freedom to take a 30,000-foot view of our creative product, our growth, our mission and the next chapter of CTP. I’m creative at my core, and I love CTP like a family.”
At the same time, CTP is welcoming Jen Visconti back to the agency as Creative Director. Visconti began her career at CTP and returned after building an impressive body of work at leading agencies including MullenLowe U.S., which was acquired by TBWA\Chiat\Day in December. She will partner with Mark Bappe, the agency’s SVP and longtime creative director.
Over the course of her career, Visconti has helped shape campaigns for brands including T.J.Maxx, Invesco, Bayer, the Department of Defense (JAMRS), and Jordan’s Furniture. Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to elevate ideas and teams alike, she brings both creative strength and positive energy to the agency’s growing creative department.
Visconti’s return reflects CTP’s continued investment in strengthening its creative leadership presence in Boston. As the agency evolves its creative structure, the move complements Pace’s broader strategic role while expanding opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and leadership across the creative team.
“These moves allow us to build on the strong creative foundation that Grant has helped establish while bringing new energy and perspective into the department,” said Fred Conover, CTP founder and president. “Grant’s vision and creative leadership have shaped who we are as an agency, and Jen’s return adds fresh momentum as we continue to grow and evolve.”
