CTP, the integrated marketing agency for brands like the Boston Red Sox, Eastern Bank, Red Hat and Microsoft, has added former Mullen vice president David DeBeck to lead its business development and agency growth.
As Vice President / Director of Business Development, DeBeck will cultivate opportunities across CTP’s integrated disciplines of advertising, PR, digital and media for brands across a range of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, lifestyle, sports and technology.
“David understands that all great ideas are rooted in strategy around solving a client’s business challenge,” said CTP founder and president Fred Conover. “We combine strategy with creative ways to engage consumers on a very personal level, making sure our clients develop meaningful human connections that deliver business results. David will be instrumental in bringing CTP’s approach to the right brands.”
“At Mullen, I was fortunate to learn how an integrated agency can offer exceptional benefits to brands. I see the same opportunity at CTP, and look forward to leveraging the talent and experience here to engage with the most innovative and exciting brands out there,” said DeBeck. “I’m especially excited to have the opportunity to represent CTP in Boston and across New England, in what is arguably the most entrepreneurial market in the country.”
DeBeck brings extensive strategy, program management and business development experience to CTP. Most recently, he spent more than four years leading new business development at Mullen, where he secured business from brands like Tropicana, Victorinox Swiss Army and General Mills. Prior to Mullen, DeBeck spent more than five years working with healthcare and technology companies as Director of Business Development at Schwartz Communications.
